Opt-Out Media Release Form
SHUMUN XXV plans to record certain aspects of the conference through pictures and videos for promotional purposes. If your student does not wish to be included in these promotional materials, please have them fill out the media opt-out form on the website under the advisor portal. If a media opt-out form is not filled out, this will be taken as permission given to be included in promotional materials.
