We are very excited to open registration for SHUMUN XXVII! Registration closes on January 10th, 2026. The conference will take place in person on February 7th and 8th, 2026 at Seton Hall University’s campus. Our Secretariat and staff are hard at work planning the best conference possible for your high school students and we appreciate your cooperation. This coming year we will run General Assembly and Crisis Committees and fun social events for delegates. We look forward to seeing you next Spring!
All payments must be received by January 10th, 2026, in order to be registered for this conference. Exceptions will be made in only extreme circumstances. You may add or drop delegates at no cost until January 10th, when late registration closes. Withdrawing delegates after January 10th will incur a $15 late withdrawal fee per delegate. Delegations that have already registered can add individual delegates after the late registration deadline at late registration prices. If you wish to withdraw your entire delegation after January 10th, there will be a delegation late withdrawal fee of $75. Refunds will be issued in full if withdrawals occur before January 10th. Refunds for withdrawals after January 25th will be at 75% in addition to late withdrawal fees. Although changes in delegation size are anticipated, a deadline is enacted to provide a final head count necessary for SHUMUN XXVII’s final preparation, such as planning, finances, and assignments.

Late Pricing: (December 2- January 10th)
Late Delegation Registration Fee: $120 per school
Late Delegate Fee: $55 per student
